I was lucky to find this shop. My truck stopped at the corner of NorthBrook and Northside drive, my tire continued rolling into McDonald's parking lot! I called Putnam to ask if they could fit me in because I needed studs and lugs, it was 3:00. Got to the shop around 4:14, they close at 5:00, w/truck on the back of the towthruck. They still serviced me and the owner let me use his truck to go and get the parts I needed because they were short staffed. He stayed open late for me. I have been looking for a permanent repair shop with compassion, I found it today!!! I recommend this shop!!!

I used this repair center for several years while living in Jackson area. I couldn't give anyone higher marks. They stay busy so in emergency there might be a short wait, but repairs are reliable, office & service staff courteous & excellent customer service. Highly recommend this repair center.

Had to have the air conditioning replaced in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. Has front and rear air. Putnam came recommended by a friend who used to be a used car manager for a local dealership. I was very impressed with Tom and his staff. Did a good job at a fair price. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest people who are SERIOUS about customer service. I've been to a LOT of mechanic shops in town ( used to have a 1998 Mustang Cobra- whole different story) and wish I would have found Putnam sooner. Won't go anywhere else.
