Hey this a late review ,but I must say this place has helped me out the morning. I noticed my tires had tread showing so I googled and found this place and the staff there did not disappoint me fast service with quality goods. If you don't trust my experience, come give them a try!

Promise y'all wont be disappointed if you just stop by Putnam automobile, the guys are so Agreeable , enjoyable to talk to. So friendly and nice. Charming - They take care of your car like "magic" I recommend Putnam automobile

Had to have the air conditioning replaced in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. Has front and rear air. Putnam came recommended by a friend who used to be a used car manager for a local dealership. I was very impressed with Tom and his staff. Did a good job at a fair price. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest people who are SERIOUS about customer service. I've been to a LOT of mechanic shops in town ( used to have a 1998 Mustang Cobra- whole different story) and wish I would have found Putnam sooner. Won't go anywhere else.

I used this repair center for several years while living in Jackson area. I couldn't give anyone higher marks. They stay busy so in emergency there might be a short wait, but repairs are reliable, office & service staff courteous & excellent customer service. Highly recommend this repair center.
